2024年已拉开帷幕，外国专家、学者持续关注中国的发展成果与未来蓝图。近日，欧盟亚洲中心副主任马蒂儿(Matic　Gajšek)在接受中新网专访时称，“回望2023年，我们必须要赞扬中国在环境保护方面所展现出的强有力的领导力。” 马蒂儿还表示，“中国是全球产业强国和创新强国之一，其对环境重要性的深刻理解，的确令人敬佩。‘绿水青山就是金山银山’这一科学论断，也为每个人提供了2024年如何采取应对气候变化行动的范例。” 提到对新一年全球发展的期待，马蒂儿希望“2024年的主题是沟通和对话”，因为“当今全球充满变数，动荡不安。他认为，能带来共同繁荣和和平发展的唯一解决之道，就是沟通。”(陈天浩) As we enter 2024, experts and scholars from around the world keep focusing on China's developmental achievements and future plans. m6米乐视讯首页据了解，最高检联合最高法院完善调阅民事行政诉讼和执行案件卷宗制度，共同规范民事再审检察建议案件办理工作。2023年1月至11月，全国检察机关对认为确有错误的民事裁判提出抗诉3305件，法院已审结2863件，其中改判、发回重审、调解及和解撤诉2676件，改变率93.5%；提出再审检察建议9986件，同比上升12%，采纳率80.3%。对民事审判和执行活动违法情形提出检察建议12.3万件，采纳率94.4%。持续开展虚假诉讼专项监督，依法纠正8765件，起诉虚假诉讼犯罪792人。
