据了解，检察机关加强行政诉讼监督，2023年1月至11月，对认为确有错误的行政裁判提出抗诉176件，同比上升17.3%，法院已审结105件，其中改判、发回重审、调解及和解撤诉85件，改变率81%；提出再审检察建议377件，同比上升5.3%，采纳率75.9%。对行政审判和执行活动违法情形提出检察建议4.2万件，采纳率95.9%。对履行法律监督职责中涉及的相关行政争议，会同人民法院、行政机关等依法规范推进实质性化解，力促案结事了。共化解行政争议1.58万件。
