徐俊馥工作室并不大，是传统的“前店后工厂”样式。门店中央，放一张玻璃大方桌，四周衣柜里，挂着做好的西装成衣，各式各样的面料摞在一起，凭客挑选。工作室只有两位主要负责人——81的徐俊馥和66岁的陆庆东。两位红帮裁缝传人里，徐俊馥原是亨生西服的老师傅，也是全国首批高级服装制版师，陆庆东原是上海时装股份有限公司服装设计中心副主任。退休后，为把手艺传下去，两人一拍即合，开了这家小小的门店。
