南宫app网址2022年，光通信技术和网络全国重点实验室、武汉光迅科技股份有限公司，联合国家信息光电子创新中心、鹏城实验室，在国内率先完成了1.6Tb/s硅基光收发芯片的联合研制和功能验证，实现了我国硅光芯片技术向Tb/s级的首次跨越。“相对于传统光芯片，硅光芯片具有集成度高、成本低、传输性能好等特点。”研发人员告诉记者，这一产品突破多个技术瓶颈，使光通信芯片的整体数据容量提升了4倍。目前，国际上400G光模块已进入商用部署阶段，800G光模块样机研制和技术标准正在推进中，而1.6Tb/s光模块将成为下一步全球竞相追逐的热点。
